Students come to us with a wide range of experiences and skills. In the post-Covid classroom, teachers need to have a multitude of skills to help support students academically, socially, and emotionally. Coaching students empowers them to grow and make changes while identifying obstacles that can get in their way. Coaching creates a positive classroom culture and supports student reflection.

In this 4-hour professional development workshop, we will explore the fundamentals of coaching, how they connect with best practices and improve student performance, behavior and engagement.
