Strong mental fitness helps educators navigate the complexity of today’s world. Mental fitness keeps our brains healthy, supports our ability to handle stress, and helps us to better understand how we think and respond to situations and people. It allows us to build resilience and self-acceptance, which in turn improves performance and relationships. Mental fitness helps us to thrive, not just survive.

 

During this Workshop, We Will:

  • Explore the aspects of strengthening mental fitness and how they support SEL
  • Identify Values
  • Expand Emotional Literacy
  • Explore Mindful Moments
  • Move from negative thoughts to positive intention
  • Understand how mental fitness supports students

Robin Bruebach is an experienced educator with a passion for personal and professional development. I have my ACC from the International Coaching Federation and am continuing my professional learning through coursework with Positive Intelligence and High Impact Coaching.
