Dr. E. Scott England is the superintendent of Fairfield PSD #112 located in beautiful southern Illinois.  Prior to this he served as the PK-3 principal in Fairfield, and he taught first grade in both Sullivan and Arcola, IL.  He also serves as host and producer of the weekly podcast Anchored in Education. He is a graduate of Lake Land College, Millikin University, Eastern Illinois University, and Indiana State University.
